ABOUT US
Why we decided to establish the institution “FAYNAYA SPRAVA”? The decision was made after taking into consideration every personal working experience of each expert of our team. We worked in different spheres and industries, studied the resultative experience of enterprises of various ownership in Belarus, Russia, Ukraine, USA, Germany, Poland, Ireland, Israel. We consulted representatives of business and non-profit sector, shared experience and knowledge within working groups. We organized partnerships and participated in social projects. We conducted master classes, worked with the Belarusian regions, created and promoted products. We were enthusiastic to do specific tasks till they are done and be proud of the result.
From the start we tried to answer the questions concerning each of us:

Why there are so many civil initiatives but not all of them successful?

Why people do not achieve a positive result when they establish an institution with good intentions?

Does the society need this very result?

What kind of modern technologies are there to bring people together to solve common social problems?
Later we found an answer:
Only uniting the efforts, those who deeply care about their job can obtain measurable and sustainable social effect.
Thus in September 2018 the Training and Educational Institution for Social Marketing Technologies "FAYNAYA SPRAVA" was founded. Experts in our team have different competences and work experience but each focuses on the result, the ability to carry out the job professionally and responsibly, the desire to change life for the better - these are the values we share. If you cherish and care about the same, you are welcome to join our team.

OUR MISSION
In many languages the word “FAYNA” means good, beautiful, stylish. So FAYNAYA SPRAVA in Belarusian implies to carry out the job in such a way that the result would be useful to society and contributed to its social and economic development. In this case we could be proud of the well done job and say “FAYNAYA SPRAVA!” (GREAT JOB!)

OUR STRENGTHS
To share the knowledge about the economic benefits of using modern marketing technologies in solving social problems with the state establishment at all levels
To improve the image of state authorities/establishment by using modern marketing technologies
To organize and manage projects aimed at increasing the self-employment of the population (especially in the regions) and entrepreneurship, involving and adapting socially vulnerable groups of the population
To create a network of partners who share our mission and values and followed by the development of the infrastructural capacity of the institution

The experts of the institution have different competences that allow them to discover and make use of the marketing capabilities of private and non-profit organizations as well as the entire territories.
First of all it’s necessary to build up a marketing vision. Our experience suggests that there is a lack of modern marketing tools when solving social problems. Non-profit organizations and governmental authorities tend to underestimate the power of marketing. Their individual approaches in marketing are in most cases of random choice. In our opinion the reason is that the authorities often fail to have any experience and knowledge in this field.
The successful development of the regions in general and the participating parties in particular can be promoted by solving social problems with all concerned parties involved into the process. We can provide modern marketing technologies to effectively resolve social problems. In this case any task will be fulfilled and become FAYNAYA SPRAVA.
